Alon baranowitz graduated from the Pratt institute of new york in 1990 and opened his office in Tel Aviv, Israel, shortly after his graduating. Urban and interior design have been the mainspring of his career ever since.
Alon Baranowitz is a guest professor at the Shenkar college of engineering and design at the Rishon Lezion college.
He frequently lectures at the Technion faculty of architecture and town planning school and also at institutes abroad.
Irene Kronenberg graduated from the Technion school of interior design in Tel Aviv in 1981.
Irene has designed interiors for private residences, offices and restaurants since the beginning of her career.
Thanks to her remarkable experience in interior design and her excellent communication skills, she is often invited to sit on juries of design competitions and join the boards of degree examinations at several schools of interior design.
In 1999, Irene and Alon founded bkarch studio. Their combined experience meant they could apply their design solutions to projects of varying scales, from the micro to the macro.
Baranowitz + Kronenberg consists of a group of talented architects and designers, all of whom have graduated from institutions around the globe, bringing their worldly cultural experience to our studio’s creative work activity.
